Triple D Minilab Centre is committed to make your shopping experience fuss free and enjoyable, thus kindly read through our terms and conditions before making your purchase.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY:

  • Kindly ensure that the correct product and address have been entered prior to checking out. Triple D is unable to neither amend any orders nor consolidate orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed.
  • All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during work hours, Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). Please ensure that all required information is submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
  • Triple D will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal/ regular postage.
  • For self collections, do kindly check the item before you leave the shop, and ensure that everything is good, as no exchange/refund will be allowed once the item(s) left our shop.
  • For self collection, please kindly note that any transport expenses incurred in the process will not be reimbursed. As such, please only opt for self-collection if you are comfortable with it.
  • Self collection's item will only be kept in the shop for a period of 2 weeks. Items that are unclaimed after 2 weeks will be confiscated regardless of reason.

EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY:

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:

  • All exchanges have to be mail back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.
  • Please take a snapshot of the defect with descriptions and forward the snapshot to tripled@singnet.com.sg prior to mailing it back to us.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defect/ faulty. Triple D will reimburse normal postage for the defect item(s) sent.
  • There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same product is Out of Stock.

Incorrect Item(s) received:

  • We apologize for sending you an incorrect item; please mail the incorrect item(s) to Triple D within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.
  • Before you mail it back to us, please take a snapshot of the incorrect item(s) received and forward the snapshot to us at tripled@singnet.com.sg. We will reimburse the postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.
